CANCELLATIONS

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. Cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a $50 administration fee.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please be courteous to the other clients at Ascend Wellness and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our other clients.
